Victoria brings to the Hub experience in local early childhood and community services, along with a deep commitment to helping families find connection, belonging, and the support they need.

Alicia is a dedicated community development worker with a passion for working with families and children. Starting with First Steps Count coordinating the Garden Program, she has grown her role coordinating several groups at the hub.

Kylie is the Business Manager at First Steps Count, bringing three decades of health sector experience, including more than a decade managing child and family health services. With roots in rural and regional communities and a long-held connection to the Mid Coast, she is proud to live and work on Biripi Country.

Stacie holds the place together as our Office Manager and is often the first friendly face you will see when you arrive. Stacie manages room bookings and supports the operations of the hub.
