Frequently Asked Questions

  • Included in the hire:

    • Exclusive use of the covered outdoor area, kitchen and fully fenced garden for the entire 2 hour slot.

    • One on‑site staff member to open doors, answer questions and ensure safety.

    • All furniture in the covered patio (long table and benches) and the kitchen appliances (fridge, oven, sink, dishwasher).

    • Access to the BBQ at no extra charge.

    You’ll need to supply:

    • Your own decorations, cake, food, drinks, plates, cutlery, cups and any disposable items.

    • Any additional tables or chairs beyond what’s already in the space (if required).

  • Birthday party bookings include up to 30 children. We understand that supervising adults will also attend, so they are in addition to your child’s invitees.

  • Absolutely. Our kitchen is fully equipped for external catering, and you are free to decorate the venue to match your brand or theme. Our BBQ is available for use at no extra charge, you will just need to have an adult nominated to operate it (our on site staff member is only on site for safety).

    We do ask that you consult with our team prior to planning anything being fixed to walls or hung, as our Centre is home to many original artworks. Any decorations you do use must be removed at the end of the event, and we ask that all fire‑safety regulations are observed.

  • Unfortunately, due to a staff member being required on site, we’re only accepting weekday afternoon bookings at this time.

  • Your booking includes access to our undercover outdoor space, so rest assured your party can proceed rain, hail or shine.

  • 100% of the hire fee is reinvested into the centre – covering staffing, cleaning, maintenance, and ongoing program development for local families.

    By choosing our space, you can enjoy a beautiful venue and demonstrate a tangible commitment to the wellbeing of the Taree community.

  • As part of the hire of our facilities, you are required to leave the space as you found it and are responsible for putting rubbish in bins, washing and drying any dishes, etc.

  • You will have access to the outdoor covered areas for your booking. There may still be people working inside as the party runs during business hours.
