I grew up here and I still live here. It is my home! I have so many connections and know so many people. This is my community.

What does First Steps Count mean to you?

First Steps Count means a safe place for families to come and connect with their children and connect with services that might be able to assist them. First Steps Count is a really nice place to work. Everybody here gets along really well. We all have shared goals and the same ideas about how to best serve community. It’s a really calming place to be.

What does success look like for you here at First Steps Count?

Success looks like a feeling. It looks like people being comfortable in this space and finding their own place and where they belong.
