What’s your connection to the MidCoast / Taree?
Through my work in government, corporate and consultancy roles I have spent considerable time building and sustaining healthy, inclusive links with families and the broader community in the Mid Coast region.
What does First Steps Count mean to you?
First Steps Count is the ideal vehicle for applying my experience in creating authentic, inclusive processes that draw on local knowledge and insight. It allows me to help shape a unique, community‑focused hub that truly serves Taree children and families.
What does success look like for you here at First Steps Count?
Success is seeing the Board’s inclusive, evidence‑based processes translate into real growth for the Centre – families feeling welcomed and supported, local insights informing service design, and the hub becoming a trusted, thriving resource for the community.
