Help us celebrate our amazing mums this Women's Day with a fantastic luncheon at Club Taree.

Each year, Club Taree co hosts the International Women’s Day Luncheon with the team from Ronald McDonald House, to raise funds for their Family Retreat in Forster.

The event brings together a fantastic line-up of speakers and a room full of amazing local women. This is a great opportunity to lend our support to a fellow charitable organisation by purchasing a table AND treat our mums to a delicious day out with the First Steps Count team.

Sponsor a seat at the event for $100 or donate your preferred amount to help us purchase a table.

Help us bring seven (7) mums from our First Steps Count community to the stunning International Women's Day Luncheon at Club Taree on Thursday 05 March 2026. All donations to First Steps Count are tax deductible.

More Information about the Event

  • Yes, all donations over $2 to First Steps Count are tax deductible. First Steps Count Incorporated is a registered charity with deductible gift recipient (DGR1) status.

  • First Steps Count will be purchasing a table of 10 for the 2026 International Women's Day Luncheon held at Club Taree on Thursday, 05 March 2026.

    Tables of 10 are $900. Three representatives of First Steps Count will attend the event, the further seven seats at the table will be given to mothers whom attend our Centre and enter the draw.

  • Entries are available to Mums at our Centre on 4 Myall Avenue, Taree. Simply enter your name and phone number into the draw before 4.30pm, Wednesday 25 February 2026. Winners will be selected and notified soon after.

  • We have entry forms and a draw located in our centre. Any mum who visits the Centre prior to 4.30pm, Wednesday 25 February 2026 (at which time entries close) will be welcome to enter their details into the draw.

    Seven entries will be drawn and the winners notified soon after entries close. Winners will have until 5pm Friday 27 February to confirm their attendance. Any seats that are not claimed and/or confirmed by the original winners will be redrawn.
