Signing In To Our Hub Gets Simpler With EVA
September 2026 • We're always looking for ways to make visiting the Hub easier, and soon, families will notice a change to the way they sign in on arrival.
EVA streamlines our sign in process so it’s easier for us to understand who is visiting us and what supports they need. After your first visit, signing in becomes as simple as entering your phone number. No forms to fill out each time, no repeating your details, just a quick check-in and you're on your way to play.
First visit: We'll ask for some basic details to register you in the system such as your name, suburb, email and Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander status
Every visit after: Just a couple of quick questions such as how many people are with you, and what you're here for.
Why We Ask
We want to be transparent about why this information matters:
Planning the right services. Understanding why people come, what brings them back, and what our visitors need gives us the information required to constantly innovate and improve what we offer the community.
Funding and reporting. As a charity, we rely on the generosity of funders and donors. Accurate, de-identified data about who visits and why helps us demonstrate our impact and secure the support that keeps our doors open.
Keeping everyone safe. In the unlikely event of an emergency such as a fire, knowing exactly who is in the building helps us ensure every person is accounted for.
Your Privacy, Protected
We treat the trust families place in us seriously. All visitor data is held securely under ISO 27001 certification — the gold standard in information security management.
EVA will be rolling out in the Hub soon, and our friendly team will be on hand to help anyone who needs assistance setting up their account. If you have any questions about the new system or how your information is used, please ask a staff member next time you visit.
