What’s your connection to the MidCoast / Taree?

We have visited the region for many decades and moved to the area in 2007, operating a beef cattle farm south of Taree. Since moving to the Mid Coast we have developed connections with many local friends and organisations.

What does First Steps Count mean to you?

First Steps means the opportunity for Mid Coast children to have a good start, to be able to set off into meaningful, interesting and fun lives. Raising children is not easy and sometimes families need a little help. First Steps Count is an opportunity for parents to see opportunity and hope instead of roadblocks.

What does success look like for you here at First Steps Count?

Parents and children who can smile, be open and look to the future with hope, curiosity, kindness and interest.
